1-4-8 SERVPRO Guideline
SERVPRO of Edison has a qualified team to assist in your water or fire damage. Quick communication, and timely on-site arrival is important to ensure as little damage as possible to your residential or commercial property. In order to commit to prompt call backs and on-site arrival times, SERVPRO of Edison follows SERVPRO’s 1-4-8 rule.
One Hour Call Back
After the initial First Notice of Loss (FNOL) is submitted, SERVPRO of Edison will contact you within one hour. In this initial communication, we try and get as much information from the caller as possible to help us determine how many technicians and how much equipment we will need on site.
Four Hour On-Site
Once the initial contact with the caller has been made. SERVPRO of Edison has up to 4 hours to arrive on site to scope damage and provide needed emergency restoration.
8 Hour Contact
Within eight hours from the FNOL and on-site arrival, SERVPRO of Edison determines the amount of mitigation services that is needed and debriefs information to all parties that are involved.
