As Operations Manager, Brian handles a wide variety of tasks from production to estimating. Emily joined Team Luciani in 2019 as an Internet Marketing Coordinator and is now our Marketing Manager, overseeing both sales and digital marketing. Cathy Finlayson

As a Commercial Sales Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Edison, Cathy Finlayson provides peace of mind to her clients. She is prepared with her team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as an emergency response worker. Mariah Miklus joined Team Luciani in 2019 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, and has been growing with the company ever since. She has since taken on the role of HR Coordinator and Office Manager. Jose has been with Team Luciani for many years, and was promoted to Project Manager in 2021 after coming on as a Technician and then Crew Chief. With years of hands-on experience, Jose has all the training required to fully inspect your property and create a plan for restoration.
