Luxury High Rise Building calls SERVPRO of Edison

When a property manager of a luxury high rise building became aware that a broken valve on a humidifier leaked water into 5 units, his first response was to call SERVPRO of Edison. Our project manager was on site within 1.5 hours and assessing the damage to each unit. Coincidentally, that same evening there was a toilet overflow that affected 3 units on the other side of the building. Our certified project manager, crew chief and technicians worked over the next few days to remove all wet materials, clean and treat all areas with an anti-microbial solution and set up air movers and dehumidifiers to dry out all 8 condominiums. At the conclusion of our work, the property manager and all of the residents thanked us for helping make it "Like it never even happened!"
