Water Main Break Causes Extensive Damage

A water main break sent water rushing into this basement.  Almost all of the personal belongings were completely submerged and ruined.  SERVPRO of Edison pumped out all the water, removed the damaged materials and dried out the remaining structure.

In the "Before" picture you can see our water damage restoration technician, Kevin, bravely wading into the water to open up a door to the backyard.

In the "After" picture you can see that the floors have been cleaned of muddy water, the personal belongings have all been sorted and removed, and the sheetrock was removed from the walls at a seem of 3 feet high.
