Deep Freeze causes pipe burst

Below zero temperatures and strong winds caused a pipe to burst in this home.  The pipe burst in a room above the room in the "Before" picture, sending water gushing down into the ceilings, down the walls and across the floors.  SERVPRO of Edison responded within the hour late on a Sunday night.  Our technicians worked to stabilize the water damage that night and returned the following morning to complete the controlled removal of all effected materials.  By Monday afternoon we were able to access all the wet insulation that was trapped inside the ceilings and walls and our drying and restoration process was well on its way.
